Travis Hawkins, Attorney


Travis Hawkins was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN.  He was awarded an Army ROTC scholarship in 1987 and served as an officer in the Unites States Army from 1995-1997 in the 212th Transportation Unit in Chattanooga.

Mr. Hawkins received his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1990.  He received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee in 1995.

After working as a Law Clerk to a Fortune 100 company in Washington, D.C., Mr. Hawkins established his own firm in 1999.  The Hawkins Law Firm, PLLC, serves a broad base of clients. General legal practice includes real estate, corporate formation, estates, and civil and criminal litigation.

Mr. Hawkins is a member of the Williamson County Bar Association, Tennessee Municipal Attorneys Association, and the Criminal Justice Act Panel in Nashville.  In 2010, he was elected to public office as  a Williamson County Commissioner in the 10th district.  He was re-elected in 2015.

Mr. Hawkins is licensed to practice in Tennessee, Florida and the District of Columbia.

Rebecca Bobo,

Legal Assistant


Rebecca Bobo was born and raised in Middle Tennessee.  She obtained a bachelor's degree in Education from Middle Tennessee State University. After teaching 3rd grade for three years in Williamson County, she took some time off to be home with her daughters.  Her interest in the law and desire to help others led her to explore opportunities in the legal field when returning to work.  She has been a legal assistant to Travis Hawkins since May of 2012.
